Privacy Policy

Partro ("we", "us", "our") provides partner-first CRM and PRM software at getpartro.com. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address, organisation name, and password (hashed) when you sign up.
• Customer data: the partner, contact, deal, and pipeline information you enter into Partro. This is your data — we hold it on your behalf.
• Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, request paths, timestamps, user-agent) for security and debugging. Retained 30 days.
• Cookies: a JWT session token in your browser's local storage. We don't use third-party tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To operate the service (authentication, displaying your data, sending you transactional emails like password resets).
• To detect abuse and keep the service secure.
• Aggregated, anonymised usage signals may inform product decisions. Your individual customer data never leaves your account.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent, or trade your data.
• We don't share customer data with advertisers.
• We don't use your customer data to train AI models — yours or anyone else's.

Where it lives

Partro runs on Fly.io with managed Postgres, primarily deployed in Johannesburg (jnb) for low-latency to South African customers. Backups are encrypted at rest. We can deploy multi-region for enterprise customers on request.

Your rights

You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time from inside the app, or by emailing privacy@getpartro.com. If you delete your account, we purge your customer data within 30 days (logs and backups expire on their own schedules).

• Fly.io — infrastructure and managed Postgres
• Cloudflare — DNS
• Transactional email provider — TBA before launch (your data is never sent to a third-party email service for marketing)

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll email account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Minor wording fixes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.
