How does the per-user billing work?

You're billed $49 per active user per month, charged monthly via Stripe. Add or remove users any time — Stripe prorates the charge automatically. Annual billing saves $118 per user per year.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Click "Start a 14-day trial" on this page to create an account with full access for 14 days, no card required. After 14 days, subscribe or your account pauses (data preserved for 30 more days).

What's the refund policy?

14-day money-back guarantee on your first month, no questions asked. Email us within 14 days of your first charge and we refund the full amount.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancellation is one click in the Stripe customer portal. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
